HAVING launched nine months ago, Enigma Private Estate is experiencing strong demand for well-heeled buyers, both local and foreign, looking to claim one of the 90 elite stands.
According to the estate’s marketers, the brisk initial response has put this new development in the lead as the fastest selling estate in the greater Umhlanga area. More interestingly, the beginning of this year has been one of the most successful sales phases to date.
Stefan Botha, CEO of Rainmaker Marketing, said the recent announcement confirming that construction was set to commence at the end of April 2018, coupled with the completion of the planted berm along the main roads, had stimulated an even stronger response from the market, with the sales team notching up R30 million in sales in just one week.
“With the market generally being more positive, and on the back of construction commencement being confirmed as soon as April, the sales have sky rocketed,” Botha said.
“It is evident that, for many this milestone has been a catalyst, providing us proof that Enigma Private Estate is a solid investment and will soon be a reality. We are confident that in a short space of time the estate will be sold out.”
He added that Umhlanga Ridgeside was currently undergoing major growth, and that the estate’s developers were confident that this positive trend would increase exponentially.
“As it stands the area is already seeing the introduction of two premier international hotels, which is very unique. Mixed-use developments are also finding their ground within Umhlanga Ridgeside, which means Enigma Private Estate residents will have even more shopping, and fun-family experiences minutes away.
“This tract of land is undoubtedly the crown jewel of Umhlanga and the reason why it has attracted national and international investors.”
