ACTIVEOPS, a provider of digital operations management solutions, has announced a formal partnership with management consulting firm IQbusiness.
According to a joint statement from the companies, both have growth plans for South Africa and Africa. “This latest partnership will be key in providing service organisations across the continent with digital operations management solutions alongside innovative consulting services,” the companies said.
The partnership combines a portfolio of multi-disciplinary consulting and digital transformation services from IQbusiness with Workware software and the Active Operational Management (AOM) method from ActiveOps to optimise back office operations bringing together workforces with automation.
