Ebenezer Smith co-established Profecia IT in 2012, a software development and telecommunications business with a Level 1 B-BBEE status.
The business specialises in software development (customised, as well as training and support post development), mobile application development (apps from Andriod to iOS), web development (website design and development solutions across various devices) and information systems (customised for daily operations as well as training and support post development).

Violet Lupuwana established Chumile Transport Services in 2012, a division of Chumile Holdings, which is a transport business.
The business has a fleet of 30 vehicles ranging in size from 5-seaters sedans up to 65 seaters used for shuttle services, transfers, chauffer services, staff transport contracts and tours. Thozama Hopa established Zito Aluminium and Glass in 2013, a business that specialises in the manufacture of aluminium and in addition, it is an accredited National Home Builders Registration Council (NHBRC) builder.
The business manufactures aluminium for windows (casement, sliding and folding) and doors (sliding, folding, pivoting/swinging, hinged, stable and laser cut design). In addition, it supplies glass that includes monolithic, laminated safety, toughened safety, double glazing, and next renewable generation (NRG)/energy efficient.
Zito Aluminium and Glass also supplies green efficiency products – such as solar geyser, solar panels and LED lights as well as a fitting, repair and maintenance service of the above listed services. Last but not least, the business sells cleaning products that are approved by Wispeco Aluminium.
